Reed Covitz

Reed Covitz is an associate at Atkinson, P.A., where he focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, representing insurance carriers and their insureds in bodily injury, property damage, and coverage matters.

Mr. Covitz advises clients on coverage issues, claims evaluation, and litigation strategy. He is committed to delivering practical, well-reasoned solutions tailored to each client’s objectives. In addition to his litigation practice, he has prior transactional experience reviewing and drafting contracts, with an emphasis on clear risk allocation and protective language. Mr. Covitz earned his Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston, where he was a member of the Sandra Day O’Connor Honors Program, a merit-based full tuition scholarship program recognizing academic excellence and leadership. He previously earned his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, majoring in Media Communication Studies with a minor in Business.
